What I don't understand from Marko's argument is why hasn't China stimulated already? Is there a constraint preventing them from doing so?

When they stimulate is that just kicking the can down the road with more property and infrastructure?

Thanks mate. The reason I hear most is that they don’t want to reflating the bubble when what they really want to do is force a necessary rebalancing of the economy. Who blinks first I guess…

Yeah I hear that too. It seems to assume its a choice. Maybe it is, but I have a hunch that they are now at a stage where they are only facing bad options and that stimulus isn't so free/easy
